Congratulations to the Dent Family on the purchase of their first home! God worked his magic on this one. I was representing the Dents for a completely different purchase & it fell through due to unexpected complications with the seller. We were all bummed, but kept faith. That SAME afternoon we went around the corner to view a property that was listed merely hours prior & the rest is history! We beat out multiple offers & were able to close quickly. This sweet family walks in the light & God provided in a HUGE way! I love all of my clients of course… but the Dents are something special 😎 Thank you for allowing me to be apart of this precious time @dinnah.d where two turns into three! It is such an honor & joy to represent anyone buying or selling a home, but I have a soft spot in my heart for first time home buyers!! It’s a day they will never forget. Psalm 34:10

The city of Dallas just recently redeveloped half of the Inwood Apartments into affordable housing! This is a monumental step for the city of Dallas & I am so for it. This will slowly push rent price’s down locally & later, hopefully nationally & as a result, renters reap the benefits!
