I think it’s really important to recognize or “review” businesses that are fantastic. There are way too many negative reviews online that are so negative & not helpful! Our County Homes surprised me in the best way possible! At times, working a new construction can feel rushed & impersonal, but my experience was the exact opposite. Stephanie, the builders rep, was an absolute peach to work with. I originally was looking into a townhome for an out of town client in the midst of COVID-19. As I was still self-isolating, she ever so kindly went into each of the properties to take videos & pictures. I do this for my clients all the time, but never have I had a fellow Realtor or rep offer to do this. I never felt like I was inconveniencing her. It’s always nice to work with people that enjoy their job.
